Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details where applicable. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external delays outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photos of the damage
  
• Photos of the original packaging
  

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general wear and tear.

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
